You've met the requirements for that patrol... the Yellow Icon will disappear. Go and find more ships to dispatch wherever you want.
When you run out of torpedos head back to your port, Dock, reload, and start the next mission. If make a mistake and you Refit, you will not get to the next mission.
One good thing to do is Save after you have met the mission requirement and sunk all the ships you can. Then head to port. If something happens like a CDT or you do choose to Refit by mistake you can go back to the last Save and start from there.
F1 will show the key commands. Shift/F1 will show extra commands.
