I sailed to Cuxhaven, the navigator took me up the Kiel canal and then I encounterred the same CTDs trying to enter open sea again. Every time I CTDed I reopened and saved every few minutes until the next crash. The last save was so close to the CTD spot I can no longer open the file, it just won't load.

Can you be more specific please? When you CTD for example ,when teleporting,plotting course or using time compression. And post your mod order to see the list.
