I´m talking about 1941-42, in Quadrant BF13 / BF 15 (wich is around 250Km NW from Brest) !!
I reported several contacts, usually destroyers, but they just go by before any german plane arrives !!

I have seen German planes attack lone ships without any contact report sent by me. Its been a rare occurence, but happens once in a while. However, the odd thing is, I have never witnessed an Air strike after reporting a convoy or task force. But I have not really stuck around long enough to see if that Air-strike comes through after i have reported that very convoy etc.
