number 22 is from a Japanese film called Funky Forest. Probably the most disturbing and bewildering film ever created.
The runner up for me of the weirdest movie would be the Hungarian indie film Taxidermia. Its a film about three generations of nobodies, one who shoots flames out of his johnson, one who is a disgusting competitive eater, and one is a psychotic taxidermist, who wasnt given enough love by his father, the competitive eater, and who now has to care for all 600 pounds of his father, and his father's 10 cats, who end up killing him and eating some of him after the cats escape from their cage. The son then proceeds to taxidermy his father, and then puts himself into a machine he created himself, and taxidermies himself.
I wouldnt recommend watching either. It just kind of melts your brain.
