I recommend 3 and 4 highly but mods are a must.

Grey Wolves EXpansion 3 (GWX3) is what i use for SH3 and Trigger Maru Overhauled and Run Silent, Run Deep Campaign are what I use for SH4. (TMO+RSDRC)
