Is it always at the same time/area or when you do something?
How far away from Kiel are you?
When you started your patrol - was it from a save game at sea - or from the bunker?
Have you had to return to port yet?
If not - when you left port for the forst time - did you do a save/load so you get a loading screen when you enter your boat?

It was the first mission of a new career and i was on the way back to Kiel.
I was standing on the bridge and navigating along the green buoys (medium fog)
when the game crashed. Loaded the last save (it was an auto save) and the
game crashed within the first minute. Loaded an earlier save and was able
to travel back to Kiel.
Maybe a problem because i've played for several
hours and the saves became corrupt?
I had a similar problem with the Scapa Flow mission, but that was with a different
mod list. I will report back about it.
I'm happy to be back to my hometown (yes, i live in Kiel) and not shipwrecked
