I live on the Volga river in Ulyanovsk and we have -20 with a wind speed 10 m/sec! My cat was frostbitten ears!
Tomorrow promises -5, but the wind will remain strong!
I also want to be European and dress warm down jacket with a feather and fluff.
Or as my cat will stay without ears!
