The nav tools are upside down on purpouse. Youll find them more usefull this way.
Let's say you want to navigate North. you know North is 0 degress. You know North is up. So you dray a waypoint up to set your course north and notice that doing this makes a green line between you and your waypoint. A line that TRAILS (is behind) the navpoint. A line that touches the down side part of the nav map aid tool. A line that crosses the 0 degree mark on the nav map aid tool
