From a purely layman's perspective: I would suggest removing it when you did
anything on your computer...other than running SH3...would be a good idea. It will simply reinstall when you next open SH3. Shame UBI didn't make this an automatic process!!!
Other more knowledgable and less prejudiced folks ( ? Gizzmoe ) may disagree however
