Obviously introduce yourself is easy to find but as the list grows longer it will be harder to find the posts again.

as troopie mentioned, you just go to user CP on the tool bar then you will see a list on the left side and at the top of it click "your profile"
this brings up the profile everyones sees for you. click on statistics and you will see two links, one for all your recent posts and the other is for threads you started yourself.
this way you can find all your old posts and anyone elses can be found the same way so if you want to read past comments of others you can find them.
