I am downloading OperationMonsun presently, guess I am giving it a try. Adjusting / modding SH IV seems to be much more versatile and complex than I thought it would be going to be, I was hoping to just "put the great uber-mod for anything and everything" somewhere and have everything capped at "perfect"
Let's see if I can get that stuff running :-)
