Have you enabled the appropriate resolution patch? IIRC, they should be inside the [do not enable] 'Scopes' folder. Try enabling the one for your particular screen resolution and see if that helps.

Thanks, and I just tried to do that. Nothing happened
I'm currently running the game at 1366*768, 683:384, 60 Hz
I did try lowering the resolution to see if that worked, and still nothing.
