Bright future ahead! Drones will spread drastically in the near future. Build by components from a dozen different countries or more, with Chips for the most all delivered by China, nobody is enforced to mark his ID and ownership on any of his drone. Result?
Everybody can strike everybody else at any time - but hiding his responsibility and leaving the other unknown of the attacker's ID. You can strike and will not be held accountable for it. However, there is a chance that you - and anyone else - gets targetted by another of right these arbitrary strikes.
A very real and very major concern threatening to completely redefine the rules of war - and diplomacy alike.
A more safe and peaceful world is the last thing that will come from this.
