That looks like a screenshot of his JSGME list. The grey-text means that the mod in question has had its files overwritten by another mod; meaning that some of the mods adjust some of the same files. And I believe (based on that list)the mod you are asking about is OLC's UI mod. Though FWIW, I would recommend the MaGui mod, which I think was based on OLC's UI mod. It is fantastic. (
