RSRDC_SH15_V401 is a) a generation old, and b) not compatible with TMO. All the most current releases of RSRDC are v5xx. And RSRDC_SH15 means what it says. It is for the stock SH4 v1.5 only, and will not work either TMO or RFB.

Get the mods you need in the latest versions from the SubSim downloads MegaMods page. They're in reverse chron order, so you'll see the latest first. Also, check the version numbers. It is almost always best to use the highest numbered, most recent version of any software, mods included.

Also, you might want to browse this forum for information about the mods and what they do. You don't need to learn enough to become a modder yourself, but but what you learn may save a career or two.

BTW, you mention that you are playing with the U-boat add-on, v1.5. You're not playing a U-boat , are you? If you are, TMO will add nothing, and I don't think RSRDC will either. They affect American boats and careers only.
