Nonetheless the Littorio Class is already featured in SH5:
Probably not as detailed as the model you are proposing, but how many millions of polygons got its meshes?
If I had to suggest any new warship to be inported in SH5, I would stick to the many ones missing from the following list of units/classes already included in game:
