The Spuggies have been on a rollercoaster ride since...well...as long as I can remember. First they blamed it on the hawks, and decimated the hawks, then they said there were not enough hawks, and reintroduced them, and now they will probably blame the hawks again. It's probably got more to do with lack of places for them to nest more than it has predators.
