I'd get on the NVidia forums and state your problem there. Those guys and NVidia might have an answer for you. Or send in to NVidia Support and where you bought it from and ask about a warranty or replacement.

I am sorry for the inconvenience as the graphics card works fine without any issues with other games and issue is particular to one game Silent Hunter 5 i would suggest you to contact the game developer and check if there are any known issues with the game and check if there are any specific or optimal settings that are required.
