Please post your system specs.
Which OS are you using ? WinXP, VISTA, Win7?
How much RAM do you have in your system?
Which video card?
etc.
Are there other programs running when you try to run SH3 with GWX? I find I often forget to close my email program.
The less RAM you have, the more critical this becomes.
