Of course you can!

You can move your files to the D drive, and in the future, when you install things, just install to the D drive instead of the C drive. Most programs can be installed to different locations, there are just a few that cannot.

Tip: try moving your steam folder, that is probably taking up a lot of space, and by default, it is in the C drive.
