I transfered to 2nd flotilla cause i wanted to try the Type IX.

What happens is i cant TC over 1x cause its too close to land (i think). It takes some 20 minutes just to leave port.

Any way to tweak this TC limit ??
Or any workaround this ´problem´ ??
