Ahoy Duner,
When you go to download the UI (7.1)
Does it download , or will your system not download the file at all?!
If it will download, I may be able to help you open it.
If it doesn't download at all there may still be a light here.
One of my computers is XP and I never had this severe of a problem with file names. TDW's UI doesn't really have that long of a name so there may be hope here. Anyway, the problem sounds familiar and I'm checking for the fix.

PS; Duner, also, try shortening the name of the Parent directory or any other paths that you can. You might get lucky as it might be just a question of a few characters...
