I really don't get it what up with these guys
Whenever I'm pulled over or stopped by the police I just comply it'll be over sooner for me and their day is made a bit easier.

Love that bit, so what was going through his head when he was reaching for that power drill? Does he think the Police likes to be pranked and/or as a police it's all about having fun and laugh when those silly civilians got you real good?
