Can't argue with that assessment but in fairness to the US, their crowds have long had that reputation and it is highly possible a sports psychologist had prepared the Europeans and taught them the means of dealing with it.

I take it you've never witnessed the antics of the Aussie crowds during the Ashes when played down under
