Use this. Mookie's spot on - Morrowind Overhaul is by far the best complete modpack out there. Even if it takes a while to download, it'll be worth it. As with all big modpacks, make sure you back up the whole Morrowind directory before installing - MO has the potential to be very graphics intensive, so it may take a fresh install or two to get your settings right.
