Yes Trevally, it is really silent, and second advantage is You can gather a good harvest of mushrooms (peneciline) ander this PVC-carpet after couple of weeks in patrol. Urgly smell doesn't matter

As for the realism discussion- sure it is not realistic too much but nobody is forcing anybody to download and install it, and it is not a problem to remoove it from the list anytime if needed. I'll give it a try, as for others - tastes differs
