I couldn't get this working properly without using the 4gb patch for the sh3.exe.

All I got was static crew men with arms spread out in a black void together with a framerate of approx. 1. (Using ATI 6870 Video Card on 64bit Windows 8)

The 4gb patch fixed it despite previously being able to run FM Interiors without patching.

Anyway...

I noticed this works without FM Interiors but the engine room does not animate. Installing the mod over the top of FM Interiors gives me the new compartments and the animated engines.

Where I am struggling is with moving through the ship with a free camera. I usually use Extended FreeCam 1.2 for GWX. However, I have since been using DD_OH_V3.09_20091209162038 which I can only seem to get working by installing as the first mod before FM & CCom_8.

Problem is if I then installed Extended FreeCam 1.2 for GWX as my last mod it overwrites the arrow key movements and I can no longer move. Clicking on the floor nolonger works as it did with FM Interiors either since CCoM_8 seems to break that and clicking the floor now just ports me to the engine room.

How do I get this mod working with animated engines, the new compartments, open hatch and retain the ability to have a free movement camera?

CCoM_08.x_Bug_Hecktorpedoraum_V1.0
Extended FreeCam 1.2 for GWX <-- this breaks DD_OH CTRL+H and SHIFT+H

And yes I have GWX Gold installed.
