That's alot of books and , yeah stuff i guess.

By the look of it you'll need to stash away things everywhere you can, i would seriously consider using the bathroom and more 'workspaces' to stash away all of that.

In my case i just use the 'stuff it untill it's full then call the trashman' room under my apartment, i got loads of stuff too but most of it is in my hobbyroom where my PC used to stand, and my books and such are there too i hate the smell of old books and they dehumidify the house

I guess i have stuff that i would never throw away, like the newspapers from the landing on the moon, some old albums i got from an old man who stayed in England during the war that contains unique pictures. Some aircraft instruments and mostly books, books and magazines like 5 years of Air Forces Monthly and other stuff i gathered during airshows etc.

I guess during a lifetime some things really grow in sentimental value, so i understand your 'problem'
