Hate to tell ya, but yeah, we do have a plan on invading Canada. We have such a plan for every country in the world. It is called contingency planning and we have entire units that do nothing but this type of planning.
Of course having a contingency plan does not mean that we ever hope to implement it. But the plan is there and updated.
