A COMPLETE Type IX 3D model was sent to the Devs while they were still working on SH5 after release.
It was fully donated and only need them to change it to GR2 format and add the needed waypoints and such.
At the time there was a hope things would go farther.
Someone, somewhere, stopped the conversion/addition.
There's your hope for Ubi doing anything.
