The .wav file is useless!
if you want to get the sound in game you must open the speech folder in data\sound, then you see folders named 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9!Copy the .ogg file in all of this folders and overwrite,then the sound has added to the game!

PS:Make a backup of the speech folder just in case you dont like the new sound!

puh!Speeching english is much easyer then writing!Hope you can understand me!
