Hey Steve, I somehow misunderstood your post when I read it the first time, I thought that the repair guy would only have the harddisk. In this case you could have used a live image CD to access the internet (I like Knoppix for this) - as much as I would hate to keep you away from much more healthy activities

For uploading the song only, there are many possibilities - remember the address from the song I wrote back in 1579? - you can upload there for free and listeners don't need to register.
If you really want to create a vid, I could help you - though I think moving pictures destract too much from the music, always hated it when people say: "The music sucks, but the video was good"
- that's the reason I try to link to YT vids with still images if possible.
