The elephant in the YT link may point to some bias
. However they also show the 2 sentences before, this may clear the context in which it was meant.
"We are committed to all people. We do believe you can use your government in any good way."
However the wording of the following sentence is chosen quite badly. It was spoken by a professional speaker, so this sentence looks quite intentional.
What strikes out that the video has a 4:3 aspect ratio, which is quite uncommon for a video from 2012.
