I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and all mods, but to no effect. I'm still not getting any audible confirmation of my commands. at first I thought it was just related to the telegraph, but I just found out that all commands are responded to with silence.
can't figure it out and though it's not crucial, it's bugging the hell out of me not because I can't fix it!
