Let's see what good ole Mathematics say:
We take a heavy smoker with 3 packs a day and say he's got a slight drinking problem and drinks 2 cases a day.
German prices: Pack of fags = 5 Euro, case of standard beer 12 Euro
Makes 39 Euro a day, 14235 a year
75 million $ ~ 60 Million Euro

So if this guy quits his addiction for about 4214 years he will have saved the same amount that Mrs Rinehart inherited.
