I think that APOS has bar far the best ambient look of any game in its class and the AFV detail seems to be pretty well done as well and maybe even better than TOW and CM
has the best infantry hands down.
The only thing I do not like is when they drive with the lights on when you dont want them to in APOS I use hidden move and they still use the head lights they do turn them off when they spot enemies and after they have stopped though you would need some light in darkness though.
You also have to be careful where you direct your vehicles because they will obey even if it mean fording a frozen river and falling into thin ice even though 50M away there is a narrow spot .
had that happen the other day to several pioneer laden 251s at least the troops inside could get out and where still able to fight.I need a recovery vehicle.
