The bubbles on prppellers use a
FastParticleGenerator Control. The problem with this control is that the bubbles follow along with the boat position.
The
ParticleGenerator control supports created particles to remain at global position they were created and these particles can also be effected by global environment.

I did some playing with Particles.
Increase Opacity and Decrease bubble size by 50%.
