Almost definitely, if you'd list the error it would help tho mate
Do you get a 'cannot initialize 3d engine' or similar? Try these

Now install thusly;
1st When you run the driver install app check the 'Custom (Advanced)' button
2nd Choose the options you need i.e. PhysX, Graphics.. (For my part that's all I need')
3rd Most important, check the 'Perform clean install' button!
