I use a nvidia GTX560Ti on an iiyama E2475HDS and DVI cable, most recent nvidia drivers. The highres mod does not work, its not crashing the game, but only the lower left two thirds of my display are used by the game when I try to run it at that resolution.

Trying to change the scale settings in nvidia config doesnt change anything.
