The automation that Trevally refers to gives you the possibility to execute scripted actions, available as separate downloads on this forum. It is a fetature of TDW's UI that comes handy for automatically carrying out routine duties, like approaching/leaving some harbours, setting search patterns during your patrols, having navigation fixes shown at regular time intervals (if you are using real navigation), setting up evasive maneuvers, etc.
