Well, doyou want to fight in the pacific or atlantic. I personally prefer SH3 because of its setting and theres a lot more traffic in areas. In SH4 theres a lot of ocean and finding ships could prove difficult. But no one here will agree Id say just buy both and play them at the same time, you will learn a lot.
