If you mean Ubi - then you should know by a quick look around the forum that Ubi is not here - they are
here thinking of more ways to annoy us subsimmers
Ubi gave up on this game on 14th May 2010 - right after patch 1.2
So all we can do is ensure we save the game before we fire our fish or after the ships have sunk.
Perhaps TDW can pull another master stroke and fix this with his patcher
