try to install only NewUIs_TDC_7_1_0_ByTheDarkWraith you find the "onlyUI-Mod" in the MODS Folder. When unzipped you find three folders:
Dials
MODS (-->NewUIs_TDC_7_1_0_ByTheDarkWraith)
Text
The installed mods have to look like this:
...
FX_Update_0_0_19_ByTheDarkWraith
NewUIs_TDC_7_1_0_ByTheDarkWraith
IRAI_0_0_37_ByTheDarkWraith
...
If this works as you like you can install complementary Mods from the MODS folder. To change the UI-Style, you have to open the TheDarkWraithUserOptions.py with the OptionsFileEditorViewer, find in data\Applications\OptionsFileEditorViewer in the Mod if not enabled, in the data folder of the game if enabled.
