Gotlands and Akulas or any SSNs do not compare, noise-wise.
Gotlands and the Type-212 family of boats probably are the most silent boats currently in service. Akulas are nuclear, Gotlands base on AIP-Sterling engines, 212s base on synchronous electric motors with fuel cells.
