Your system isn't exactly powerful. I'd call it sub-par at best. You need to up the processor (965 Black edition would be wonderful) and minimum 8GB of RAM. You should ditch the 32bit OS after upgrading the RAM to 8GB. There's no reason not to be running a 64bit OS anymore.
In the mean time turn down your game sliders (shadows and particles) to get rid of the lag.
