Thank you very much for me pointing in the right direction
I never did check the patrols.cfg....
I was looking for anything odd in the logs and career files and i never figured the problem might be in the patrols.cfg. I've checked the file out and all values for that patrol were listed as 0
So, now that i have adjusted those everything is OK again.
To answer your question, i did not get any upgrade before this patrol. So i don't understand how this could have happened but it's solved now !
