Wow. Every one in this province, Prince Edward Island, is in shock today after last nights 4 x 100 relay disaster. Jared Connaughton, the runner who was disqualified is a local boy. He's from Cornwall, a town about ten kilometres from here. His dad and I actually worked at the same company for a time during the last Olympics. No one has worked harder to win an Olympic medal than this guy. I feel really bad for him and his family.
