I think you must ask the moderator before being able to upload any file to this forum. In the meanwhile you can upload your missions to any file sharing website, and post here the link.
Many subsims members use
Game Front or
MediaFire. Registering before uploading any file is optional for both of them.
Uploaded files are removed from Game Front if they are not downloaded at least once every sixty days, while MediaFire is much more tolerant on that respect.
