Any of the mega mods in the download section will cover what you wish, and if they work with OTC mod, use it too.

Also, any of the Foobor skins for the subs are great.

As to which mod is the best, it's up to your playing style and what you like yourself.

Personally, I bought a 1 TB hard drive so I could use MultiSh4, and I have all the mega mods with and without Run Silent Run Deep add on, and OTC where applicable.

Try to keep add on mods with the mega mods to graphical additions.
