Well I downloaded SH5 Gold from Amazon (having regrets already). In looking at Sober's Mod information one of the first threads he points to is the mod of the SH5.exe by TheDarkWraith (the unoffical 1.3 patch). TDW mentions backing up the SH5.exe so I went looking for it. Seems that when I go to play start the sim I have to use Uplay.exe which sends me to Uplay and I start the sim from there????

Did a file search for SH5.exe and none was found on the hard drive. What on earth is going on?

I thought all this DRM stuff was behind us but do I have to go through Uplay for SH5 now???

Is there a thread or two that brings noob's up to speed on SH5?
